If not, you may return your item within 14 calendar days from receipt.

Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.

  • Be in their original packaging.

  • Include the purchase receipt.

Procedure

Send a request to info@pilea.gr for return authorization.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
